Horrible experience from front desk to being seen by the doctor. I came to this facility to have my child seen. The front desk told me I probably had insurance, but that it wasn’t active even though I had documentation showing otherwise. I called the insurance company got the information that I needed to provide to show them otherwise. The appointment had to be rescheduled for later on in the day. The employees in the front desk are terrible people. Bad service. They need to do something about it. Need some serious training on treating customers or terminate the bad employees. My wife was treated terribly. She was only picking up my son's records (they couldnt email it to me said scanner was down) and no one would help her. The lady that finally did help her gave my wife an attitude. They are also rude on the phone.
Dr. Pistorius and his staff are always wonderful when my children have visits--whether it is well visits or sick visits. They have quick availability for appointments, too. I have requested a call from the clinic manager regarding a separate issue and have yet to get a call back.
