Frank is amazing, he handled us very well and take a good care of us. Highly recommend him. Apartment is nice, the only bad thing is they will tow your car if you don't have the sticker and it is without even a single warning which is crazy. It happened with me today because my car broke down and i had the rental car which didn't have the sticker so make sure to keep in mind otherwise they are not flexible in that which is bad.
The leasing office was great! Donald worked with me on a tight turn around and make things go smoothly! Pool is great with greenery and very clean, gym is updated and well maintained
I lived in portico kirby for a year, and this place is great! Staff including donald, frank, and ruby are amazing! Every time I had an issue they would immediately resolve it and the place is very clean and extremely safe/gated
I want to thank the maintenance team for replacing my air conditioning unit in this very hot weather in less than three hours.
I'll start with some positives: Frank is the best! He’s incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help. His professionalism and friendliness really stand out! The maintenance team has also been so respectful and efficient, and I really appreciate them for always helping with our clogged sinks and sometimes broken air conditioning unit.
