I'll start with some positives: Frank is the best! He’s incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help. His professionalism and friendliness really stand out! The maintenance team has also been so respectful and efficient, and I really appreciate them for always helping with our clogged sinks and sometimes broken air conditioning unit. Please do not fall for the pictures or even the pool area. This apartment complex is FILLED with cockroaches! The leasing office people only care about money. Not about living conditions.
At first glance the apartment looked great , some small blemishes you would expect from an older apartment, but after moving in, within the first hour we were met with a series of unpleasant surprises, starting with an infestation of SPIDERS found all over the apartment including the bath tubs, as well as a beatle found in the closet. We were surprised because our leasing agent was extremely nice & told us our apartment was clean, but I’m not sure WHEN it was cleaned. Non of the elevators is working. If you forget to place the car permission on dashboard, then your ca will be towed!!! I don't like the corridors with dark grey paint.
