Mangement is even worse after 2nd year. Looks good on the outside, wait till you move in. That above sums up the overall experience with portico, from the physical buildings, to the residence, to the management staff. Oh god, especially the management staff. This is an above average priced apartment. When I moved in high quality service and facilities were promised but after two years of living here, all I've experienced are disappointments.
