When I was renting, they never answer a call and now that my contract is over, they still don't answer. I've called every day with no response and I'm still waiting for my deposit back. This property where I lived was recently acquired by this office, but they have terrible service and responsibility.

If you move here don't count on the emergency maintenance guy to come out to help. I had a leak I found at 1:30 AM and called for emergency request and no call back. I go to work and get pictures of the roof cracking everywhere and I called back stating I need someone ASAP before it falls down and still no response. Guess what the 3rd time i called them which was in a span of 7-8 hours later from 1:30 in the morning the ceiling collapsed and thank God my kids weren't in the hallway when it did.
