If you move here don't count on the emergency maintenance guy to come out to help. I had a leak I found at 1:30 AM and called for emergency request and no call back. I go to work and get pictures of the roof cracking everywhere and I called back stating I need someone ASAP before it falls down and still no response. Guess what the 3rd time i called them which was in a span of 7-8 hours later from 1:30 in the morning the ceiling collapsed and thank God my kids weren't in the hallway when it did. Portfolio property management company does not do a walk through with the tenant that is renting an apartment. They simply tell you to fill out their form of anything that is wrong with the apartment and to turn that in. That is also not for them to fix whatever issues the apartment has. Once you ask for them to fix an issue if they have to send someone that doesn’t work with them in other words they contact a vendor and charge you for the inspection even if that issue was already there and was listed on the move in list.
