I was recently introduced to ZenFrames and the CVR's through a colleague who recommended them to me. After the first use, I felt as though the stresses that I had been carrying left and my mind and body felt noticeably lighter and clearer. I recently used Zenframes with Portervision CVR's for about eight weeks. I found the progress with already established life goals accelerated in unexpected ways. I began to relax deeper and more thoroughly with each use. I even took them with me on a trip and found I was refreshed and relaxed despite changes to routines. Personally, I began using the Zen frames and stress reduction modules about 2 months ago. I am achieving a more restful night’s sleep (almost immediately) and see the benefit in my work day and maintenance of sense of calm. A long awaited update to his list of Creative Visualization and Relaxation techniques and well worth the wait. I've been using the ZenFrames along with the Smoking Cessation CVR audio series for the past month now and I must say that I'm quite pleased with the results. My cravings for cigarettes have dramatically reduced and I'm beginning to realize how much better my life is, or will be, once I QUIT FOR GOOD!
