This pharmacy started out amazing, prescriptions filled right away, friendly service. It has now done a 360. Your lucky if you get your prescription the day you call it in. People have become rude behind the filling counter. They tell you to come back to pick up a prescription only to come back and find out they don't even have. Very disappointed in this place. Slowly moving over to Save Mart. They Always have what I need.

Recommended5 stars I usually wait 5 - 15 minutes for a prescription to be filled. I believe the longest wait was 20 minutes. John, the pharmacist, is so personable and kind. So many pharmacists seem irritable and unhappy. John is kind and super helpful. The entire staff have been friendly. I've been going there since shortly after it opened. I highly recommend it!!!
When your pharmacy first opened the service was great , I used to get an email notification when my meds were ready for pick up. For some reason it has completely stopped. Yesterday I dropped off a RX to be filled and I also had some to pick up. The next day I called to see if they were ready and they told me they were. Later on that day I sent my nurse to pick them up and they were not ready. Whats going on John? This wasn't the first time, its happened before. I am a very patient person.
I love porterville Pharmacy they are a special group of people I have finally found a Pharmacy I know will be there for me and everyone else in our community I just wanted to say thanks.
Best pharmacy in town! Greeted with smiles every time
