I made an appointment to install 4 new tires. A good brand and a great price thanks to Danny. Went to my appointment 30 minutes early and was greeted warmly. In the waiting room there were 2 people ahead of me. A staff member told me my car would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. In time, the waiting room did get full and I did notice they were getting busy. 2 hours passed and waiting room was empty I got up to ask someone if my car was ready and the lady said "Oh yes mam, it's been ready" she did apologize, but I wish SOMEONE w... read more
I was in today to get new tires and the service was excellent. But what I was most impressed with was the stores handling of a customer who had not received all the services they asked for at the time of checkout. A worker came up and apologized and it was taken care of right away and the service was done for free. No arguing, attitude or complaining. I would recommend this well run, efficient, and friendly place to anyone!
4th set purchased here and they always do well. 2 sets for two vehicles in the past month. My sales Rep Josh Bates was great to work with, but listening to all of the reps and managers while mine was getting worked on, it sounds like you can't go wrong. A+
Hats off off to Fletch and the gang. Best service and best customer service. I'll not take my business elsewhere.
