We have been customers for years. We have always had great service there & the customer service is great. Our most recent visit a couple of days ago resulted in us buying a new set of tires. A HUGE shout out to Ruston Rigney for going above & beyond & staying past closing time to put our new tires on.

I prefer going to Porter’s for tires and any other repair I can’t do myself. Everyone is friendly and they take their time with you if you need an explanation of repairs. I recently got the best deal on new tires too.

Far and beyond ,customer service, Billy had made a careless mistake , it happens, recognized it. I had a trip to Nashville by 12pm and they took responsibility and personally went to Knoxville from Morristown just for me . That’s what I call great customer service . Now I can make it on time for my day and it’s not ruined . Nonetheless the order was expected to arrive at 3pm and I’m grateful for going BEYOND expectations!!
No need to even think about going anywhere else. Simply the best.
