One of the WORST EXPERIENCES I ever had! Went to Porters on recommendation on Saturday 3/21/2009 with a party totalling 8 people. Supposedly we had a new waiter named Lauren! He did not get anything right! Could not remember the specials, took over a half an hour to get our drinks--forgot the bread, took another half hour to get our orders and by the time we got them they were cold! We ordered a shot of Jack and when it was served to us it barely filled the bottom of the glass (not a shot!). The waiter being very argumentati... read more
Upscale Chop House Porter's in the Read House Sheraton is clearly one of the better steak houses in the Chattanooga area. Its a bit pricey but worth it. The only negative is that the television at the bar is off to the side, so drinks and a meal at the bar is tough if you want to watch the game.
