Jaqueline is the best!
I took my engagement ring in there, even though I did not buy it at Porter's, they took good care of it! It was really reasonably priced and in the future every 6 months I get free cleanings and inspections! (Once again we did not even purchase a ring from them.) The staff was really really friendly and helpful. I had the ring back in my possession less than 12 hours after dropping it off.
The jewelry dept at Porter’s has been an outstanding experience. Trustworthy and professional from customer service and the quality of the craftsmanship in the work I have had done on several pieces of jewelry. My engagement ring was purchased there and I have had no issues and welcomed the friendly smiles.
