We honestly couldn't have got our first investment property without this amazing team! From the start, they were so helpful, genuine and always had our best interests at heart. What we appreciated most was that we never felt like just another number. They genuinely cared about helping us make the right decisions and were always there when we needed advice or reassurance. We're so grateful for all their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a buyer's agent who truly cares about their clients!
We couldn't have asked for a better buyers agent. Cameron did all the due diligence thoroughly, structured our offer so it stood out as the best one in front of the vendor, and negotiated the deal through to completion on our Upper North Shore home. He was there for the whole process and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel straightforward. Highly recommended to anyone buying in the area.
Patrice was recommended to us by a friend, and we wished we had engaged her sooner! Patrice is a genuine human being, who has excellent knowledge, and nothing is in the too-hard basket. Her help has been invaluable and she is still guiding us throughout the settlement period. Cameron is also extremely helpful and it’s clear that Porters House value finding homes for people. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommended them.

I was expecting multiple months of searching and reviewing properties, but in less than a month they had secured exactly what I was looking for at a very attractive price. Can only recommend... read more
