RecommendedOur mini poodle, Charley stayed at Porter Road Pet Care for four days while we went to a conference. We were worried because Charley had spent time at an ASPCA facility before he came to us and we wondered if he’d think we weren’t coming back. He was happy to see us when we came home but he had obviously had a good time. They provide a nice “report card” descibing your pet’s behavior during his stay.
We rescued our dog Dalya -who has major anxiety with new people... Porter Road has always made her feel safe and loved. She’s been going there for four years and loves it! Thank you for your kindness ♥️ You are all angels!
We left our “baby” (nearly 5 year old Shitzu mix) with Porter Road Pet Care for a week as we traveled to Florida. Sully has never been in the care of anyone but family so we were anxious. Their cute pictures and texts put us immediately at ease. Sully looked so happy. When we picked him up they seemed sad to see him go. He came home healthy and happy and full of life! We know he was in great, caring hands and will definitely be sending him back in the future!
it was the first time we have had to kennel our dog in 7 years. We weren't sure how he would take it. But Porter Road did a great job. He was happy and well taken care of.
its not a job for the people who work there. they love animals. its a place they want to be. animals are always happy.

Porter Road Pet Care took fabulous care of our Trinket! We received text messages everyday with a picture of Trinket. She was clean, happy, and relaxed when we picked her up. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Thank you and we will see you soon Porter Road!
Our two puppies Winston & Stella were there for 5 days, their first time away from home!! We received a call from Bobbi that Stella had a UTI, the staff could have been better, they called our vet & went and got her medicine immediately!! We are so happy with the new ownership!!! I splurged on the web cam... it was nice to have but I obsessed about watching them!! Would highly recommend Porter Road���
I can't say thank you enough to Paul and his staff for taking care of my Max and Coda. When we picked them up they were very happy cleaned and nails trimmed awesome �! You defiantly can tell the staff took very well care of my big babies! Thank you soooo much !! ��
