Staff were good and well organized. Once placed in the room, they seemed in a hurry to get me out. Doctor did brief exam never went over results or thoughts or even opinions. I still have no idea what exactly is wrong. I don't feel any better. I felt they just told me something just so I would leave. I was polite the whole time. I left having no idea what I have and they gave me some bs meds and sent me on my way. I will be finding an office that will hear me out and be more empathetic to my situation. Friendly staff and excellent care. My doctor loves to chat not only about my health and concerns, but about life too. As a patient here I really feel valued and cared for.
They never have appointments available and they can’t even respond to my emails. So unprofessional! Please choose a provider at a different location! Don’t waste your time here!
Called this office 6 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment. Got the confirmation text 2 days before the appointment. Got the check in email the day before. Show up for the appointment and was told the Dr. I'm scheduled to see is on maternity leave. I hate America's health care system. Time for more suffering while I try to find a Dr. that can actually help.
