Worst location. They screw up your tests, make you reschedule to get them redone. I’m not coming in to pay for another test just for it to come back inconclusive anyway. They message back slow, never answer the phone. Will not be back
Read the reviews. I walked in there and requested an interview with a doctor about getting a new PCP. My PCP of 16 years retired. I needed help. The extremely unpleasant man at the desk said I would get a call from the doc I asked about or his assistant. They ghosted me. This place is run by people who don't care about people. Stop responding with an email address as if you care. YOU NEED TO SHUT THIS OFFICE DOWN SO YOU DON'T HURT ANYBODY ELSE.
I am a new patient of Dr Ernesto Herfter. My first visit with him- he interrupted me constantly when doing my medical history. He asked why I don’t take antidepressants because I’m mentally ill- tried to push birth control and antidepressants on me because of my history with abortion and mental illness. I had one appointment for. PCP annual exam. My blood test order got messed up, I tried to call their desk to fix the order. Their phone system is terrible, they never pick up, so you have to leave your phone number and name for them to call you back. But they don't call you back, or maybe a week later they call at a time when you are busy, you can't leave voicemails for them, it's impossible to get ahold of them, god forbid I need something urgently.
It has been a few years since I was seen at this practice. After reviewing my records, I have noticed concerning comments charted in the clinical note that are false and harmful to low-income, disabled patients. To protect herself from the repercussions of incorrect medical billing, the provider made subjective allegations on my clinical note. At first, I figured we could work together to amend the note.
