The professionalism, caring and customer service was excellent. When the person I was working with was not available, there was always someone else to assist and follow up. Chandler and Crystal did an amazing job.
My family and I used Porter Loring Mortuary’s services in September of 2021. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We’re originally from California, however, my family member lived in San Antonio at the time of his passing. His passing was sudden, and my family and I had only a few days to prepare an open casket viewing as well as a cremation so we could bring his ashes back to California.
