I had total knee replacement 10 days ago and have been receiving home physical therapy through Indiana HomeCare Northwest since. Three different therapists have come to the house and all are highly experienced, professional, and caring. Working with them is making my rehab much easier to deal with than I had anticipated. I will soon be transitioning to out patient therapy to begin working on machines, but Indiana HomeCare Northwest will be top of mind when I schedule my other knee in a few months. Thank you!
Horrible agency. Fired them after 2 months this spring. Staff was very unprofessional. Ine nurse visited at least 5 times and never even took his vitals.
Very unprofessional company. This company interviewed me for a physical therapist position. After interviewing they provided me with a job offer which I accepted. I then completed all on boarding tasks which included a physical exam and CPR certification which I was required to pay for out of my own pocket. With less than a week until my scheduled start date they rescinded my offer of employment with no explanation and refused to speak to me or answer emails. We have worked with them for months! Their staff/team are amazing to work with and they tend to the residents needs very well! Would highly recommend!
