Very disappointed since the recent merger. No one answers the phone, and when I send them an email about this, the reply is that this email address is no longer any good, and to phone them instead!! Member for decades because of the excellent customer service in the past. I’ll probably close my account.
Been a customer for years. Always so helpful, they know each member by face.
I have been trying to get on line for the past 22 minutes without success. As I just also tried calling this credit union @(3) 778-5702 without success as well. My membership number is partially obscure with two xx's and the remainders are with tangible numbers. So hence, I have no viable form of communication because Porter Memorial credit has made it virtually impossible for me to conduct a transaction for a home improvement loan and to gain access to their terms,interest rates, income, and credit score requirements.
