I pretty much knew that with an inlay that was coming loose, that I was in for a major repair and felt that since I had a high level of trust that it would all work out well. Dr Wolf diagnosed the problem and I knew it was right. A new appointment was scheduled. I always have that good feeling that I'm in the right place and plan on being a patient here for a long time.
These folks never disappoint. Excellent care and service from the receptionist on up. Kari the Hygienist is the absolute best! I wish I would have found them long ago! Note to Dr. Fox: Hope your wrist has recovered well from the break. Even so, I think you could do your job with one arm tied behind your back. You are that good!
I want to start this review out with saying 'the Dentist office is my least favorite place to visit'. Having said that I can honestly say it is refreshing to go to a place where everyone is smiling and takes your needs seriously. Dr. Fox handles my needs in the most professional yet personal way. The staff at Wolf Family Dentistry is top notch. I would recommend this experience to anyone.
I can't praise them enough, the staff at Wolfe Family Dentistry are great and very personable. It seems they go out of their way to be cordial, even if a particular staff member isn't working directly with you they seem to always have a smile and kind word. This is great for making then "nervous" to become more un-nervous. Always very polite and helpful.
Friendly atmosphere and a job well done!
As always, it was a great visit! For anyone who knows me, this is a huge statement. Thanks Carrie and thanks Dr. Wolf and all the staff for helping me overcome a life long fear of going to the dentist.
