Visiting the vet is often not the highlight of anyone's day. I can't say that about Porter County Pet Clinic. Everyone, from the moment we come in, to the moment we leave is courteous, friendly and helpful. Every time. The staff makes what is often a tedious chore, a very happy experience.
The Drs. and techs. at Porter County Pet Clinic are great! Our aging pet is a member of our family and they understand that, and that means everything.
They staff was amazing, they let me bring my kitty in on very short notice. They were very understanding and very thorough. I am very grateful for them and the wonderful person that donates money to them to help people who are having financial difficulties.
I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Pollard and her staff. I had an emergency with one of my dogs and my vet could not work him into the schedule. I called up there and they said to bring him right in. She is very caring and professional towards her clients and they explain everything. I am definitely going to be switching to her office for all of my pets health needs. Looking foward to doing business with your office from now on. Thank you for being there when I needed to get Chumley seen asap.
