Staff very rude, doesn’t answer questions. Sat in the er for 9 hours Staff not around to get questions answered most of the time no one could my questions.
Worst place to be. They are purely there to take your insurance money. Nothing they do helps or provide any help for ppl. Once you go on there's no peace just ppl going crazy. You only see or go outside like for 15 to 30 mins. The staff are no good and all they do is drug you up and force you to stay there until another to fill a bed. The groups session are terrible forcing you to sit there learn nothing. No private room so you share a room. Just trying to double up there money. I went here in August for detox from alcohol after telling my local ER I wanted to off myself. I have honestly never been treated with such compassion in my life. Every nurse and all staff were wonderful people who helped me get through a horrible time. Also I don’t know if it was the detoxing and medication or what but I thought the way they let you pick your food and actual taste of food was great as well. I swear some of the women who worked up at the front desk area were literal angels they were so nice and caring.
" I was lost but now am found". This program has very much been a blessing in disguise. It may not be for everyone, but it definitely is something that everyone NEEDS. I have emotions and thoughts that I thought ruled my life based on other people's perceptions of ME. I’m not sure why these guys have such bad reviews. Been with them off and on for years. At the end of the day telehealth is not an abnormal way to have appointments anymore. IOP was also an enjoyable experience for me and Marsha has been there the last couple years as reception and always been helpful.
