Had a discovery call this morning. Rep was rude, aggressive and did nothing but assume. I think these people did me a favor.
Have to edit this review - Our account representative left and was replaced with someone that is not good. Requested a new rep - was told no. Just having to deal with the new person that doesn't want to help us or follow through. PORTER IS NOT CONCERNED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION. I've had a great experience with Porter Capital. Paula Young is always very helpful and professional. Brittany in collections is great too. Both have been awesome with keeping our cash flowing.
Porter is not concerned with customer satisfaction. Requests are ignored.
Constant cold calls from bots. Even after being asked to be put on a DNC list.
This is my first time working with a factoring company and Paula Young went out of her way to catch me up with my company's account and explain how Porter Capital works. I really appreciate her help!
