I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. Once our loan was paid off well over year ago, and they have not filed any lien release paperwork. Even worse, I have called, emailed, spoken with leadership, and it is still not done after 2 months of constant effort. As part of the problem, their team has even sent the incorrect paperwork and misspelled my name on paperwork. Had a discovery call this morning. Rep was rude, aggressive and did nothing but assume. I think these people did me a favor.
Have to edit this review - Our account representative left and was replaced with someone that is not good. Requested a new rep - was told no. Just having to deal with the new person that doesn't want to help us or follow through. PORTER IS NOT CONCERNED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION. I've had a great experience with Porter Capital. Paula Young is always very helpful and professional. Brittany in collections is great too. Both have been awesome with keeping our cash flowing.
Porter is not concerned with customer satisfaction. Requests are ignored.
