Screwed again!!!!!!!no money over the weekend!!!soooooo tired but they are quick to charge back.My dispatcher has to do they job and call for over due invoices.I miss Jared!!!!!!This has got to be my 10th plus weekend with no factoring and I had it in before 9am

At the beginning everything was going fine until i got a new rep. My rep promises follow up calls and never follows through. I have to be the one calling all the time. Emails go unanswered. No effort to resolve any issues with my account. My business is suffering and i can’t make payments on my monthly obligations due to the lack of response from my rep. I escalated the problem to her supervisor and she didn’t even call me back. I will not recommended this company at all.
We have been with Porter for many years and Meagan Graessle is the best! She always goes above and beyond to help me if I have ANY kind of problem. Very, very happy!
