Dr. Kutnick refuses to return calls or speak with family even though the patient has signed a release to do so, releases at risk patients, refuses to to listen to families' concerns or provide options, hangs up on family members trying to get answers. Horrible doctor.

Dr. Jay Kutnick refused to fill a prescription that he had originally prescribed to me, got defensive when I asked questions as to why he would prescribe something he was not willing to refill. As I’m waitlisted to see a therapist. Then proceeded to hang up on me because he didn’t like the questions I was asking him. Not very professional, especially for a “psychiatric doctor” that kind of behavior could ultimately send some patients over the edge.
