Worst health care experience of my life. Saw an ER physician for 10 min, he rolled his eyes at me for coming in for an infection (it looked pretty bad), and later that day I received a bill for $14k
They were very nice to me except when I asked for a note she only gave me one day when she knew that I was gonna need multiple days after due to my swelling in my hand I feel like I’ve been better than that way
The ER doctor appeared somewhat arrogant. He seemed to minimize my complaints..I have been short of breath for a 1.5 years and my O2 saturation has been above 95%, but yet I have an incurable disease. Shortness of breath is one of the primary symptoms . Get off your high horse and use your listening skills.
