Dr Portales is Wonderful. However the office staff are Seriously lacking In customer seize. The quoting of both the exam And the contacts were off by $30-&40 each. The lead time for the contacts were quoted at 3 days, 2 Weeks later I get a call that they are in but are $15. Each More than quoted.they cannot Be trusted. I will obviously never return to this store.
