I was coming to check the reviews before coming here as an owner no matter what a customer says its very unprofessional to air out a customers personal business responding in a manner that still holds high to customer service and general professionalism is fine but stating that a customer didnt make their payments or that the are a liar seems a little out of line moving on

This dealership sold my son a lemon. it was a late model Camry that after very deep inspection was in water. In the past 3 month this car has been in the shop 4 times. The lastest was a transmission full of water. Please do not buy a car from this dealership.

If you are looking for a car dealership to keep it real with you, this is the place to go. I bought a Volvo xc90 from Portal and I never had any problems with it and I am currently purchasing another car from them as well. The owner keeps it real and will work with you as long as you are up front and honest and will make sure and do all that he can to get you into the car of your choosing. Portal Automotive will always get my business as long as they are in business.

No issues but this Black Man with dreads was very rude when I acquired some information on my car...Me and my Husband started to come up there and deal with him.. Had the car for 2yrs.now...Get rid of your rude salesman...
