had my TV never worked after they fixed it still had problems! I reported them to the BBB! Especially the Hillbilly chick that answers the and spews out all the lies to the customers when you call about your item

Price was good, came out next; had delivery van to pick -up TV; repair completed and brought back 3 days later; satisfied with service; would recommend to a friend.
If I had the choice I would leave them with no stars. This place does not know what they are doing. They will take your money and will not fix the problem. Had TV there many many times and every time it came back it still had the same problem. Would not refund my money, they just don't care. Finally just gave up over $500.00 later problem still not fixed. DO NOT GO THERE. BEWARE
Placed and received service call same day; repair completed and brought back 2 days later. Very happy, good price too.
Do not deal with them AT ALL! do a public records search of their company for portage county you will see they have tons of law suits against them!
