This gym is awesome. I've been going almost a year and I love it. I look forward to going each class. The coaches are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It may feel intimidating at first to do CrossFit but you can accommodate the work outs to your own level. I highly recommend this gym, there's a sense of community that you don't get at other gyms.
