This gym is awesome. I've been going almost a year and I love it. I look forward to going each class. The coaches are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It may feel intimidating at first to do CrossFit but you can accommodate the work outs to your own level. I highly recommend this gym, there's a sense of community that you don't get at other gyms.
This is a well organized gym that is great for people of all fitness levels. The coaches value safety and proper technique, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. In addition to regular scheduled classes there are yoga classes available on weekends as well as Saturday open gym. I am thankful to be part of this great community!
