I had a ticking noise from front driver side engine. (Sounded like a lifter and what a few of my buddies thought as well) Originally Northside auto had diagnosis of a timing chain replacement. I knew that wasnt right so I drove my truck in to the dealership. I was told a diagnostic would be 125$. They ended up telling me I needed a rebuilt engine or a new engine. Took my Daughters car in on Friday because the car was not starting with the key but started with the remote start was told it may or may not be the key so they cut a new key and almost $400 later the said its not the key ,Then they said it must be the WCM module that reads the key and that will be another $480 said i was going to leave and get my credit card from home and call with the number so they could order the part ,go to leave and now my remote start doesn't work , so i had to leave it there and get a ride home , the... read more

Agree with the other two reviews. Made arrangements to purchase a truck from out of state, offered to put money down while we get the paperwork sent and signed. Said they were not in the practice of selling trucks out from underneath people, would do there best but that is exactly what they did. That same day they sold it to someone else. Bottom for them is money not customer service. Certainly not ethical practice. This is also seen in the service fee and anti theft fee they charge every one (300.00 each) Ripoff. I whole heartedly agree with Matt M.. The "Mandatory" Anti Theft is a joke and a worthless INSURANCE. Let's call it what it is. Also it is only valid at the dealership that you bought it from. NOT what they tell you of "You get $2,500..."! It is ONLY used towards replacing your vehicle and ONLY thru that dealer!!! Granted we purchased the vehicle because of the price. Horrible dealer. I made an agreement to purchase a truck on a Saturday. I asked if they needed a down payment to hold the vehicle until I could pick it up on Tuesday, and the salesperson Wade assured me that would not be necessary. I obtained financing and had cashiers checks printed to the dealer name as specified by Wade. He then texted me Monday evening saying they had sold the truck and he was sorry, there is nothing they could do. Very poor business practice.
