I had a work related back and neck injury which immobilized me. A visit to Dr Steven got me on the right track and through the sessions I have undergone with him I can attest to the professionalism and personal touch he injects to his work. Kudos Dr Steven. Keep doing what you do.
Podiatrist Cathrine MA is excellent in treatment of feet issues. She treated my pain with care and provided me with comfortable pair of Orthodics as well. I highly recommend this place.
I'm very glad I finally went to see Dr. Steven. After days of agonizing back pain, hoping it would go away on its own, I finally went to see him. He quickly determined what was wrong with me by asking me a few questions, then confirmed his findings with a physical examination and treatment. Not only do I fully understand why my back pain is occurring, but I also know which stretches will benefit me in the future, plus I'm leaving with no back pain, which is incredible!!!
Their staff is very rude and unprofessional attitude.Without agreement signing off and they are asking to pay for the cancellation of appointment even within reasonable time request was sent to cancel appointment but they are asking to pay cancellation fees . This is unfair and people very rude.
I am extremely disappointed by the clinic’s unprofessionalism, poor communication, and lack of accountability. Despite being a long-time patient, I was shocked by their careless handling of a billing issue—failing to charge me at the time of service and then demanding full payment six months later. Even though they admitted the delay was entirely their fault, they refused to take any responsibility or compromise.
