Terrible customer service! Cleveland Clinic is just a couple miles away
I went twice with my mom to the ER and we stay for few days. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude and described the EXCELLENT service we received from absolutely everybody, All the staff from the ER, the floors we stay in, Doctors, nurses, security, maintenance and food department. Being in a hospital is not pleasant but if the service is excellent it makes it more bearable Thanks for the great service and God Bless al of you for your commitment
