DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I had a serious issue with the loan company and reached out to the dealership for clarification. Instead of helping, I was screamed at and cursed out by Joey. They’re only nice and informative if you’re doing things exactly their way. The owner, Ernie, is no better—he actually justified Joey’s behavior by saying, “Well, he must’ve been provoked.” I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life.
