Had a full skin check in September and pointed out a spot I was concerned about that was deemed nothing to be concerned about. Three months later I phoned, still concerned about the same spot because it hadn't healed and appeared different. At 11:40 on a Friday, the receptionist said they were closing at 12:00. Been to 3 or 4 skin care clinics--- this is the best.
I’ve always loved, and have a lot of respect for the nurses and doctor (David Lloyd) at this clinic their care, professionalism, and kindness are truly amazing. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of the receptionists was very different. After a procedure, I developed an infection (which can happen), so I went back to the clinic a few days later to have it checked. Attended Port Skin Cancer Doctors for a skin check and subsequent extractions - have attended various clinics across NSW and ACT and can highly recommend. Extremely professional and cohesive care between nurses, doctors, and administrators. Gave phone calls for test results rather than waiting for another appointment or never hearing back for negatives.
