Absolutely Disappointed – Will Never Order Again I had a terrible experience with Ava Flower. They completely messed up my flower delivery – it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Nothing good to say about my experience with this flower shop. Customer service was even more disappointing than the sad, wilting flowers after just a few days. Instead of rectifying the situation, the employees chose to ignore all of my calls and hung up after finally answering. Avoid at all costs. Publix makes way better bouquets for a reasonable price and will always back their product! *this vendor also charged my card 4 weeks later at 11:45pm without purchasing anything on my end* proceed with caution

Had flowers delivered on Tuesday. After two days they started dying. 4 days after buying they have all totally wilted. Called them about it and they hung up on me instantly and won’t call back.
