If I could leave zero stars I would. The is the nastiest florist I have ever dealt with in all of my 76 years of being on this earth. My sister sent me a bouquet because I just had major surgery. My husband made an order for Valentine’s Day with these people, and it was delivered three days before Valentine’s Day, and the quality of the roses was terrible. Every rose was brown and withered and discolored. Now they’re refusing to give us a credit back. Don’t use this company. They’re dishonest and have bad quality products. This dozen of roses cost $120.
I don’t understand why I’m seeing so many one star reviews. This place is awesome and my girlfriend is beyond happy!! I got a beautiful assortment of lily’s and roses (amazing condition) with chocolates and even a note that was written perfectly. Definitely coming back for more!!
Cancelled flower order day of delivery and sent out a sub par bouquet. Ducking and dodging calls.
Not a florist. They do flowers to order. They only have balloons and such. Not advertised correctly.
