We have been coming for 10 years. Told 20 minute wait? No one waiting. Bar had open seats so went and sat down. No acknowledgement from any bartenders! For 10 minutes so we left. Going to 27 Fathoms
12 oz sirloin was very tough. Manager made a smart ass remark to us after we asked to be moved to new seating that was not under a bad flickering light.
Food was good, prices were reasonable. But the service couldn't have been better. Our waiter was Richard and he seemed sincerely eager to do anything we could think of.
