Would not rate the receptionist behaviour as anything close to professional & the "specialist" was rude, dismissive & referred me to the wrong specialist. Completely missed that I had cancer. Thanks for taking my money
Was very disapointed today as I had waited 12 months for my appointment only to be told the wrong information by an employee whom Alison said is now no longer working for the business and now being unable attend my appointment having to wait another 9 months which will be nearly 2 years to wait. This has been an error made on their behalf and is very upsetting and disappointing. I'd reccomend that you ensure all staff are trained with the correct information and training so that they don't provide people with false misleadin... read more
