I went to port orthodontics to get a retainer made. I already had the mould. I was expecting it to take maybe a week but they did it right there on the spot with 10/10 customer service. Definitely highly recommend. Great service and price. One very happy customer.
Excellent experience so far all round. Staff are genuinely welcoming and helpful each visit. Love the enthusiasm from Dr Ballard too.
Very disappointed would never be talked into Invisalign’s for children who are not responsible enough to wear constantly. Had 3 children go through this clinic and to be treated so poorly even after going through the pandemic and having to be so understanding with them when we couldn’t get the next stage of Invisalign’s? But i know am at a point where my son’s teeth are still crooked but have been told there is no more they can do as he is not wearing them ?
