Very quick and easy to get treatment! All of the girls were so nice and made the process so easy
I honestly can’t recommend Port Macquarie Orthodontics enough! Kim and the whole team are always so lovely, friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to help and are always so accommodating, no matter what. A special mention to Kim, who is just amazing! She’s always so kind, helpful and easy to deal with, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It’s so nice to deal with a team who genuinely care and always make the experience such a positive one. Really appreciate everything you all do. Thank you Kim and team!
We had a lovely experience at Port Macquarie Orthodontics this morning when Abbigail, 7, had her expander fitted. The team were so kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything to her and make her feel comfortable. When she became upset, they were so understanding and accommodating, even allowing me to come back later so they could show me how to turn the expander properly. We really appreciated their care, patience and understanding. Highly recommend! ❤
