Mike Doddridge was our salesman at Port Lavaca Ford. Absolutely NO pressure, even when we said we needed a couple of days to think about it. Had car delivered to our house and picked up our trade-in. Answered all our questions. Made you feel very comfortable. Top notch salesman. When a salesman calls and checks to see how things are going with car, that says a lot about them. Would definitely ask for Mike again.

Bought my vehicle from PLF 3 years ago. Salesman and finance were amazing. No hassle. Service department is a totally different experience. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Was told 3 different stories about my vehicle. The mechanic helped was rude, disrespectful and spoke to me like me very irresponsibly. Highly do not recommend!!!
