I had a really frustrating experience with this dealership. We went back and forth for a couple of weeks, and I was ready to buy the 2025 RAM 3500 all-cash. Disappointing experience. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Port Jefferson Dodge was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. To start, they refused to honor my vehicle's warranty which is unacceptable. Trying to get help from anyone there is nearly impossible - no one seems to know who's responsible for anything.
