I needed a 10 x 10 climate-controlled storage unit for some furniture. I called Port City and Kim reserved a spot for me. When I arrived with the furniture, I found my unit very quickly. The building is easy to access and well-lit. The garage door-style door to my unit opens very easily. They even had a lock for sale for an excellent price. I highly recommend Port City for your storage needs.
The process to rent two storage units for my business was quick and seamless. Kim was very accommodating in helping me find units that would best meet our needs and in providing solutions for employee access. This facility was not as close and convenient as others nearer our business, but we chose Port City Storage because Kim demonstrated a willingness to think outside the box to meet our needs.
