We have been renting a storage unit from Port City for close to a year. The facility is very clean, new, and the staff are fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend.

Everything about the experience was great. They took care of my stuff, took the time to face out my labeling on my totes so I can get to them easy later. They covered up all the furniture well and took care. They have alot of checks and balances in place. i don't give 5 stars lightly, it truly was 5 star service.
Kim Sze is the greatest facility manager on this side of heaven. Clean units, great customer service and locally operated!
