We picked up our brand new LDV van yesterday. Had 2 tiny hiccups and today they were fixed instantly. We couldn’t be more happy with the service from all the lovely ppl from Justin to the ppl at the service counter and the parts counter, all treated us wonderfully , all very kind ppl and very helpful and welcoming .
I would never buy a car from you again and my wife brand new and we’ve had trouble with iwe bought it. I’ll never buy LVD again.
The service team at Hervey Bay Steve and Emma have been amazing to deal with
Hervey Bay Ldv have been so amazing to deal with. I bought my beast last year and recently had an issue with the engine light coming on. I popped in to chat and they fit it straight in within 2 hours. It turned out to be the O2 sensor needing a clean and got it sorted that morning for me, dropped me to work and even washed and vacuumed it for me. Couldn't have asked for better service. Absolutely love my 4by and the service was exceptional! Couldn't have asked for more 😊
George was excellent, no hard sell from any of the staff that I came in contact with. I would highly recommend going to see the staff at Hervey Bay LDV
