Got a watered down chai and was refused the refill I've gotten every day beforehand. All I asked was "the hot coffee refill, please" and they told me they've "never done them at this location" and scowled at me like I was insulting them, then turned around and completely ignored me til I left. Why? Just going to go to Starbucks from now on.
They served me cold coffee at 9am and when I went back to get a fresh refill they charged me full price and served me another cold disappointing coffee
