I love this place! I used to work within walking distance of Port City Java and I was practically addicted! I never tried their food as it was a little on the high-end side for me...but their coffee drinks are excellent! If you go, you have to try their top seller--the Mocha Shake! Fabulous! The staff is friendly and upbeat too. I only gave 4 stars because sometimes the service is slow if they are busy.
Great cafe! Port City Java is conveniently located in the Long Meadow Shopping Center in Hagerstown. There is plenty of parking not far from the cafe. They offer a huge selection of coffees and smoothies and also have pastry items. The place is huge too. There is tons of seating available. Several times per month there is also entertainment such as poetry readings and live music. It's just a fantastic place to spend an evening.
