Very unprofessional just traded in a lease I changed out the The exhaust back to stock per their request they also requested I give them a good driver side mirror as mine was cracked which was fine. I did both of those things I was also told that the used ram 2500 I purchased had both key Fobs during my test drive. They are very dishonest. Watch out for the bait and switch. I was seriously looking at a 2019 used Ram 1500. They advertised the truck had power fold away mirrors. When I test drove the truck, I was pressing the button on the door but the mirrors weren’t moving. The salesman seemed to not know why. The next day I went back to look at the vehicle again and possibly put a deposit on it. The button was replaced with a blank. Purchased a lovely 2019 Pacifica last Saturday. It died at a stop light in Dover and had to be towed to the nearest Chrysler per the manufacturer warranty. Unfortunately it is now a Sunday and they are closed, and Port City has refused a loaner vehicle until they open Monday. "Call me if you need anything," they said. I am not impressed and will not recommend this dealership.
