Two crowns. In and out in two hours! My last dentist had me fitted with molds and returning for multiple visits. Then the crowns needed to be replaced which Dr Farag just did. I didn't even feel it when he administered the Novocaine!
I just had my new patient visit. Growing up I never had issues seeing a dentist or orthodontist. About 10 years ago I was treated very poorly by a mean hygienist. I’ve seen a dentist between then and now, but sorta avoided a new visit when I had issues with an insurance company and didn’t try that hard to correct the issue. That was my subconscious excuse. Very professional, always caring, and most efficient dental office in Port Charlotte! The staff knows how to take care of patients, and Dr. Farag is knowledgeable and sincere. It is a pleasure knowing this fine group!
When call no one picks up the phone the phone just rings then it tells you to leave a message then he send you a text message asking how can I help you what kind of services this a simple dentist office that can't pick up the phone to find out what a new patient wants how can I take care of their patients if they can't even pick up the phone poor service.
I was desperately looking for a good dentist after having so many problems with Aspen Dental. I finally found Dr Farag through a friend where I’m now receiving dental care service since September 2022. I’m so impressed with Dr Farag and his dental assistant, Christie with the quality of care and education given to me and my husband. I had many problems with my teeth.
