Repairs to leaking hoses and valves in engine coolant system.
First time bringing my car in for service, first time ever walking into a Porsche dealership. I called before hand and spoke to Jaymes who got an earlier appt for me because he knew I was worried about my check engine light . He was actually at the garage door when I pulled in. He came right over to greet me as I was getting out of the car. He showed me where the cafe area ( which the espresso machine is amazing ), where I could wait and where the restrooms were . This was the second time I brought my car in for this problem. They identified it quickly, repaired the problem, all at no charge. They even washed and vacuumed my car. This won’t be my last trip to Porsche Warwick for maintenance or repairs.
Jaymes Vazquez was the advisor that I worked with and he was excellent. He was courteous, professional and explained the process and accurately estimated the time to complete the work.
