WORST Service! Zero Accountability, Failed delivery promises, Rude/Aggressive & confrontational Service Mgr Jeff Manning. Poor workmanship. After delays, tried to charge for INOP turn signal despite advance payment. Unreliable overall service department. Claimed to be offering me "charity". Told customer he was "taking advantage " although service write up had been altered after signage. Stated he'll decide if my complaints are valid or not. Rejected request for review opportunity. Never again!!! Take business elsewhere!!!
While driving on the freeway, I experienced a flat tire and immediately needed a replacement. When the tow truck brought my car to the dealership, Jesse greeted me and promptly handled all the necessary paperwork to begin working on the car. They also addressed a recall issue right away. I received my car back the following day. The exceptional customer service provided by Jesse and the team was remarkable, especially after waiting for the tow for hours.
