Very disappointing experience with Porsche. My 2016 Porsche Cayenne has only around 27,000 km, but it developed a serious transfer case / transfer gear issue — a known Porsche issue that had an extended warranty program for 2015–2018 Cayenne models. What frustrates me most is that Porsche seems to expect customers to diagnose known issues themselves. My vehicle had symptoms for years, including drivetrain vibration / jerking, and it was serviced by authorized Porsche dealers during the relevant extended warranty period. Howe... read more
