RecommendedI had a few recalls on my Panamera. Service consultant Jeff Gottlieb took great care of me & Brittany with customer service/customer care followed up with me on two occasions. Jeff made sure I had a loaner vehicle for the duration of my repair. I highly recommend this dealership for all your Porsche needs in the Orlando area. Stopped by for a test drive! Luis and Tosh were great. Exceptional experience at the dealership so far.
Had new Macan in for first service. On the positive side, dealership was sanitized and ready for customers. Loved that first service was free. Just too bad that after driving over an hour to get there and an hour back that the oil light came on and said I was down a quart of oil! Seems like shouldn't be too hard to put in the right amount and then check it before delivering the car. Rather than have them drive an hour to put in a quart of oil, I went to the store and put it in myself.
Loved the experience. Would purchase from them again!
