Horrible customer service I have every seen. The owner even was aware of the fact I bought a Car and drove it 20 miles and the check engine light came on. When I immediately notified them the response I received was..."were not responsible for any issues after I purchased the vehicle?!" #joerizzaporsche
Great customer service and very professional team.
The event was nice, the food and atmosphere was fantastic.. the only thing I didn't like was being treated like I was invisible when I walked into the dealership.. Sometimes just greeting the customer makes a world of a difference.
went today to buy a Bmw 550 was told to talk to Larry. he saw me and my friend and kept talking with female friend in his glass office for at least 10 minutes then walks to us and looked at me and said yes I say im here for the Bmw 550 and he tries to look at me and what I was wearing I had my gym clothes and he says are you here to whole sale the car let me talk to my manager and come back to me saying the car is not for sale.
