Brought my car in for a recall service, but also had a list of small, but detailed items I wanted the techs to look into. First, I was able to be scheduled a loaner vehicle, which is always a huge plus and puts my mind at ease about being without a car for days at a time. From there though, Michael Yeh took great time and care listening to each of my concerns, even walking out to the car with me to see some of them, while looking at videos with me that I had taken.
