While the purchase of my Macan went smoothly, my experience post-purchase has been absolutely horrible and the worst I’ve ever had at a luxury dealership. It has been nearly two months since my temporary license plate expired, and I still don’t have my vehicle registration. I was told the paperwork was sent to my local DMV, but no one can seem to track it. I got my 2023 Cayenne from these folks. They’ll definitely sell you a car, but their organization could use some work. At least they kept in touch during the buying process. My sales guy Jake talked me into financing with them, saying they’d handle the license plate for me. But once the sale was done, they vanished. My temporary license expired, and I tried reaching out to them countless times via email, text, and phone, but it always went to voicemail.
