Isaac, the sales manager is one of the best and easiest salesman and managers to talk with. He has answered every question I asked, and there were a lot, and he was always very quick to respond and even if it was a question about something that didn’t relate to his dealership he was still happy to answer and help. I recommend anyone who is interested in a Porsche to reach out to him is 100% the best dealership customer experience I’ve ever had.
TLDR : Do not trust the CPO process at this dealership. Should be fine for their new vehicles. I purchased a CPO 2018 Porsche Cayman S in early May from Porsche Wichita. There have been issues with the vehicle and with my experience with that dealership. I believe the CPO process to ensure good quality was not honored. I have to take responsibility for not being a car expert, but that's exactly the reason I didn't buy it from a random person.
