From the sales process, to shipping the vehicle across country to standing by their word when I needed to get some post-purchase repairs done - they were totally trustworthy and responsive. My son brought his 1986 944 turbo in for service. A mistake was made. We’re all human and the car is 40 years old so they don’t see many. Anyone can make a mistake but the response to an error says a lot about the culture of an organization.
